Privacy Policy
The short version
I collect the least I can get away with, I keep what you write private, and I don’t sell anything about you to anybody. If you want your information out of here, you write to me and I take it out.
The rest of this page is the detail, in plain language, so you can see exactly what happens to what you give me.
Who you’re dealing with
Grow to Prosperity, a business based in Arkansas, in the United States. This policy covers growtoprosperity.com, the 30-Day Reset, and the Dream Life Workbook workspace.
Reach me at support@growtoprosperity.com. That address goes to a person.
What I collect, and why
When you write to me
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself. It goes to my support inbox, and I use it to answer you. Nothing more.
When you join the newsletter
Your email address, and the pillar you said you’re working on if you told me. That lives in Kit, the service I use to send email. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.
When you start the 30-Day Reset
The Reset is free, and starting it creates an account for you. There’s no password anywhere in it. You give me an email address, and after that you get in by clicking a link I send you.
At intake you tell me:
- which pillar you’re working on: health, wealth, happiness, or not sure yet
- what you want to be true in thirty days, in your own words
- why it matters to you
- what you want to call your Reset
- how many minutes a day you actually have
- what tends to get in the way
- your time zone, so the morning email arrives in your morning
Then, day by day, I keep the day you’re on, which option you chose, whether it landed as too much or too easy or about right, and anything you write in the reflection box. Alongside that I keep a short log of why the program adjusted your day, so if the Reset gives you a smaller action on day nineteen there’s an answer to why, rather than a shrug.
Your sign-in links are stored as a one-way hash, never as the link itself, along with the IP address the request came from so I can stop somebody flooding the site with requests. They expire after seven days, work once, and are deleted on a daily sweep.
When you buy the Dream Life Workbook
Payment runs through Stripe. Your card number never touches this site and I never see it. What comes back to me is enough to know your purchase went through and to open your workspace: your email address, and Stripe’s own record of the payment.
Inside the workspace, what you write is saved as you go so you can close the tab and come back to it. That writing is yours.
What the site collects on its own
My host keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and for keeping the site up. WordPress sets a cookie once you’re signed in so the site knows it’s still you. The Reset session lasts ninety days unless you sign out. There’s a caching cookie from the software that makes pages load quickly.
There are no advertising trackers on this site, and I don’t run a Facebook pixel or sell audience data to anybody.
Your writing is private, and I mean that specifically
The reflections you write in the Reset and the answers you write in the workspace are personal writing, and they’re built to be treated that way:
- They’re never listed across people. No screen anywhere shows me a column of what women wrote.
- They’re never reachable by guessing a number in a web address. Every read is scoped to the person signed in.
- When I look at how the program is doing, I read whether days were completed, not what was written in them.
The email I send, and how to stop it
While you’re in the Reset, you get a short morning note on the days you haven’t opened your card, a weekly look back, and a note if you’ve been away for a while. At the end you get your report. If you go quiet for three days the sequence pauses itself, and after twenty-one days it stops entirely without you doing anything.
Every Reset email has an unsubscribe link that stops the Reset email and nothing else. Leaving the Reset mail doesn’t take you off the newsletter, and leaving the newsletter doesn’t interfere with your Reset. Two separate decisions, because they are two separate things.
Who else touches your information
Only the services that make this run:
- Kit sends the email. It holds your email address, the tags that say where you are in the program, and three fields: your goal, the name you gave your Reset, and what you said gets in the way. Your reflections are never sent to Kit.
- Stripe takes payments for the workbook and holds the payment record.
- Hostinger hosts the site and carries the email.
That’s the whole list. I don’t sell your information, I don’t rent it, and I don’t hand it to advertisers. If a law or a court ever required me to hand something over, I would, and I would tell you unless I were forbidden to.
How long I keep it
Your Reset profile and your day records stay until you ask me to remove them, because a report built on thirty days needs those thirty days. Sign-in links are deleted daily once used or expired. Purchase records are kept as long as the tax people require. Messages you send me stay in my inbox until I clear it out.
What you can ask me for
Write to support@growtoprosperity.com and ask for any of this:
- a copy of what I hold about you
- a correction to anything that’s wrong
- deletion of your account and everything in it
- an end to the email, all of it or one kind of it
Some places give you these rights by law. I do it for anybody who asks, wherever you live, and I aim to answer within thirty days.
Children
This site is built for adults and isn’t directed at children. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given me information, write to me and I’ll remove it.
How this is kept safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection. The Reset has no passwords to steal, sign-in links are stored only as hashes, and they work once. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored here. No system is perfect, and I won’t pretend otherwise, but nothing here is casual.
When this changes
If I change how any of this works, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. If a change is significant, I’ll say so in an email rather than quietly editing a web page.
Talk to me
Questions about any of this go to support@growtoprosperity.com.
The Terms of Use cover what you can do with the material here, and how the workbook purchase works. Anything either page leaves unanswered, write to support@growtoprosperity.com and ask me directly.
