Terms of Use

Use what’s here for your own life. Don’t resell it. The Reset is free and I can change or end it. The workbook is a digital purchase with fourteen days to change your mind. None of this is medical, financial, or legal advice, and nobody can promise you a result.

The detail follows.

You, and Grow to Prosperity, a business based in Arkansas, in the United States. Using growtoprosperity.com, the 30-Day Reset, or the Dream Life Workbook workspace means you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, the honest answer is not to use them.

• The 30-Day Reset. Free, self-paced, one card a day.
• The books. Sold by Amazon. What happens with that order, including shipping and returns, is between you and Amazon under their terms, not mine.
• The Dream Life Workbook. A digital purchase that opens a private workspace on this site.
• The newsletter and the waitlists. Free to join, free to leave.

The Reset creates an account for you with no password. You get in by clicking a link sent to your email, which means your email account is the key to your Reset. Keep it to yourself, and don’t forward a sign-in link to anybody.

One account per person. Everything in your account is yours alone, and it isn’t transferable.

The cards, the workbook, the writing, the images, and the design on this site belong to Grow to Prosperity. What you have is permission to use them for your own life: read them, print them, work through them, keep them.

What that permission doesn’t cover is reselling them, giving away your access, republishing the content as your own, running it as a program for other people, or feeding it into a tool that produces a competing product. Quoting a line and pointing people here is welcome. Lifting the material is not.

What you write stays yours. Your reflections, your goal, your workbook answers. I don’t claim ownership of them and I don’t publish them. If I ever wanted to quote something you wrote, I would ask you first and take no for an answer.

Don’t attack the site, don’t scrape it with automated tools, don’t try to reach another person’s account, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. If an account is doing any of that, I’ll close it.

The price is shown at checkout. Payment runs through Stripe, and access opens once the payment clears rather than the moment you click, so a payment method that takes a day to settle opens your workspace a day later.

Fourteen days to change your mind, no questions asked. Write to support@growtoprosperity.com within fourteen days of your purchase and I’ll refund it to the card you used. Access to the workspace ends with the refund. After fourteen days the sale stands, though you can always write to me and tell me what went wrong.

Prices can change. A change never reaches back to something you’ve already bought.

The Reset, the books, and the workbook are educational and reflective material about building a life you actually want. They aren’t medical advice, mental health treatment, financial or investment advice, or legal advice, and using them doesn’t create a professional relationship of any kind between us.

For a decision that needs a professional, see a professional. A doctor, a therapist, a licensed financial adviser, a lawyer. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to a crisis line or emergency services where you live rather than to a daily card.

Nobody can promise you an outcome, and I won’t. What you get out of thirty days depends on your life, your circumstances, and what you do with them.

I can change the program, add to it, or stop offering it. I’ll give notice where it’s reasonable to, and I won’t take away a report you’ve already earned without telling you first.

The site may be down sometimes, for maintenance or for reasons nobody planned. The program is self-paced and waits for you, so a day the site is down costs you nothing. Nothing expires, and nothing is owed.

Everything here is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes any implied promise that it’s fit for a particular purpose or will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Grow to Prosperity isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or the programs. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to what you paid me in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Some places don’t allow those limits. If you live in one of them, the limits that place allows are the ones that apply to you.

This site links to Amazon, Stripe, and Kit, among others. Once you’re on somebody else’s site you’re under their terms and their privacy policy, and I have no control over what they do.

You can stop at any time, and you can ask me to delete your account and everything in it by writing to support@growtoprosperity.com. I can close an account that’s abusing the site or these terms. Refund rights aren’t affected by either.

If I change them, the date at the top of this page changes. If a change matters to you in a real way, I’ll say so by email rather than editing a page and hoping nobody notices. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Arkansas. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Together with the Privacy Policy, this is the whole agreement between us about the site and the programs.
